attracted to shae on sight, lu attaches herself to her after her break-up and becomes increasingly obsessed with her following her assault. she helps shae gain revenge on both after determining that justice is apathetic and inefficient. when shae asks her why she enjoys killing men so much, lu tells her she was forced into prostitution by her father at age five; at her horror, lu laughs and reveals she's lying and had a perfectly healthy childhood. her lack of empathy and moral ambivalence, followed by constant attention, start to subtly drive the object of her affections away. ultimately, she fails to make shae dependent on her, and kills her newly made male friend out of possessiveness. with a katana because why not. soon after killed by that same katana, by shae, in the stupidest ending ever. her last words are "you cut me really good," followed by "i love you."
